To get remote support you will need to contact me first so that I can turn on my portion of the remote support software. Once this is done follow the steps listed below.
- Click on the help button.
- Depending on what browser you are using you will then either be prompted to download, or to run the software. Run the software if you can, otherwise download it and then run it from your computer when download is finished.
- More than likely you will get a security warning, ignore it and continue to run the software.
- You will get a notice once the software connects and remote connection has been made.
Once finished with remote support the connection will be closed and the software will automatically remove itself from your computer without any interaction needed on your part. If you downloaded the support software to your desktop you can keep this if you wish for remote support again in the future.
